Please kindly bring the cake / pastry / bread in question to the physical shop you have purchased from and let our staff know what the issue is.
- Our staff will look into it impartially. If valid, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange.

[For Purchases from Bake Inc's Online Store]
a) Missing/Wrong/Defective Items via Delivery
Please contact us via Whatsapp or Email with your Order ID Number and details of the missing/wrong order you have received with picture reference.
- Our staff will look into it. If valid, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange.
- We will get back to you in 1 working day. Thank you for your patience.
